1. Cavenders.com will accept your returns for exchange or credit within 30 days of the purchase.

3. Fill out the Merchandise Return Form which includes your order number, email address, reason for return, and details about the item you are returning.

5. Unfortunately, Cavenders.com is not able to reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur purchasing an item.
